USMLE has published a list of common presenting signs and symptoms that Step 2 Clinical Skills (CS) examinees may expect to see during their examination. While the list does not cover all possible presenting cases that examinees may encounter, it demonstrates the broad spectrum of symptoms that may appear during the examination.
